Methodology: Our approach involves a combination of self-assessment, interviews, questionnaires, Classroom Observation, peer evaluation, and expert analysis to create a holistic understanding of each teacher's competencies. We will employ industry-standard tools and frameworks tailored to the educational context to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Timeline: The competency mapping process is estimated to be completed within 15 days for one school. This will include three days of physical visits to one school, data collection, analysis, and the preparation of detailed reports for each teacher.
Investment: We propose INR 2,50,000 + GST, fee for one school a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with this initiative encompasses the following
1. Two Zoom meetings explaining the formats and rubrics of evaluation
2. 3 days of extensive and rigorous Physical Visit by (3 experts) including traveling
3. 1 week of Report Making where we shall be providing detailed and customized reports of teachers
4. We shall also provide one-to-one counseling sessions for the teachers if required
5. We shall also take one day of training wherein we shall be orienting the teachers on their weak areas and measures to overcome
